Exciting News! We are thrilled to announce our project, “Sport Connects Against Radicalisation in Europe”! This initiative aims to strengthen the resilience of at-risk youth through sport, helping to prevent radicalisation and violent extremism.
Implemented by PLAY International (France), REGSPO (Montenegro), TAKT (North Macedonia), and DEMSPORT (Kosovo), the project brings together experts in sport, education, and radicalisation prevention. By identifying common risk factors among European youth and enhancing key psycho-social skills, we seek to build stronger, more inclusive communities.
Through this project, we will develop innovative sport-based educational tools, train trainers and educators, and empower youth workers, coaches, and teachers with the skills to conduct impactful socio-sport sessions. By strengthening these networks, we aim to create a sustainable and scalable approach to tackling radicalisation.
Together, we’re using sport as a powerful tool for positive change. Stay tuned for updates and join us in making a difference!
